Can I transfer money to another CCCU member?

Yes, you can transfer money to another member!

Conduct both internal and external transfers through Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app.

  • Log in and select “Transfer & Pay", then “Transfer”. 
  • In the To Account drop scroll to the very bottom and select “Add an Account”
  • Select “Send money to another Consolidated Community Credit Union member”
  • Fill in the required information and select “Save”
  • Select “from account” and “to account” you wish to transfer, then fill in the other required information and select “Review Transfer”

Tip: If you’re unsure about how much you can transfer, scroll to the bottom of the screen and where it says Learn more about our Transfer Policy and Limits, select “Limits”.


Zelle®

An easy way to send money to another CCCU member is using Zelle® Person-to-Person payment service, available in Online Banking and the mobile app. Here’s how to enroll. 

  • Log in and select “Transfer & Pay," then "Zelle®,” and follow the verification steps.
  • Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address.
  • You’re ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.

Tip: Since money is sent directly from CCCU account to another person’s bank account within minutes, Zelle® should only be used to send money to people you trust.
