How do I access my HELOC funds?

In order to access your CCCU line of credit, you must transfer funds from your HELOC to a CCCU checking or savings account.

Online Banking Instructions:

To transfer funds through online banking to a CCCU account:

1. Log into Online Banking.

2. Hover over “Transfer & Pay” and click “Transfers”.

3. Click “From Account” and select your HELOC account. Under “To Account” select your CCCU Checking or Savings Account that you want to transfer to. 
4. Type in the amount you want to transfer under “How Much”, then click “Review Transfer.” 
5. Review your transfer details and click “Submit Transfer”. 

To transfer funds to another institution from your CCCU Online Banking account:

1. Log into Online Banking.

2. Hover over “Transfer & Pay” and click “Transfers”. 

3. Click the “More Actions” tab and then “Add Account”.
4. We recommend using “Add an External Account” for the quickest setup. During setup, find your external bank via the search bar. Then sign in using your external bank’s credentials to securely link your account. 

Once connected, you can begin transferring your HELOC funds immediately. 

Mobile App Instructions:

To transfer funds through online banking to a CCCU account:

1. Log into Online Banking in the CCCU Mobile Banking App. 

2. Tap “Transfers” from the bottom menu and then the “Make a Transfer” button. 

3. Tap “From Account” and select your HELOC account. Tap “To Account” and select your CCCU Checking or Savings Account that you want to transfer to. 
4. Type in the amount you want to transfer under “How Much”, then tap “Review Transfer.” 
5. Review your transfer details and tap “Submit Transfer”. 

You are now free to write personal checks and use your debit card with the transferred funds from your HELOC, or transfer to another institution. 

To transfer funds to another institution from your CCCU Online Banking account:

1. Log into Online Banking.

2. Tap “Transfers” from the bottom menu.  

3. Swipe over to “Add Account”.
4. We recommend using “Add an External Account” for the quickest setup. During setup, find your external bank via the search bar. Then sign in using your external bank’s credentials to securely link your account. 

Once connected, you can begin transferring your HELOC funds immediately.
