Yes, you can sell a vehicle that is not paid off in full.

If you owe money on a CCCU auto loan, we will retain the title to your vehicle until the loan is paid in full. Once you've found a buyer, you should pay off your loan with funds from the sale, and then CCCU will release the title for transfer to the vehicle's new owner.
