COVID-19 Update - Branch Closures and Access

Dear Members,
We realize this is a very difficult time and that we are in uncharted waters in many respects, but we want to make sure our members know we are taking every precaution to keep our members and staff safe during this time. The credit union has implemented our Pandemic plan to ensure our members will have access to their accounts and that you will be able to conduct business as normal, in a not-so-normal time.

Branch Closure Updates

SLABTOWN NW BRANCH
This branch will be temporarily closed until further notice.

LLOYD DISTRICT NE BRANCH
This branch will be temporarily closed until further notice.

SANDY BLVD NE BRANCH
As of Monday, March 23, we will be closing the lobby of our 2021 NE Sandy branch to walk-in traffic, but our staff will still be available by appointment only at this location. The drive-through window at the NE Sandy branch will continue to serve members during our normal business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Friday).  To make an appointment with an employee, please call 503.232.8070 or 800.444.8115.  As a reminder, the NE 6th branch (1033 NE 6th Ave.) and the NW 21st branch (1535 NW 21st Ave.) are also temporarily closed until the current situation improves; unfortunately, appointments are not available at these two locations. We also have ATMs and night drops at each location that can be used both day and night. We are checking the night drop continuously throughout business hours to ensure your deposit gets posted as soon as possible.

Safe and Secure

Your credit union accounts are insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.  Please rest assured that none of your accounts or any of the credit union’s reserves are invested in the stock market. CCCU is a very well-capitalized credit union with nearly 15% capital, more than twice the amount of reserves required to be considered a “well-capitalized” credit union as defined by the NCUA.  Depositaccounts.com also ranked Consolidated Community Credit Union as the #3 ranked credit union nationally for safety and soundness.

How to Access Your Account

Even though these two locations will be temporarily closed, you will still have access to your accounts. In addition to
the Sandy office and the drive-through window at the Sandy office, you also have access to our suite of electronic services (online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit) that enables you to access your account 24/7 - 365 days a year. Our call center is a great option to get information without leaving your home, please give us a call; we are eager to answer your questions. Our members can also use our surcharge free ATMS at each branch location to make deposits and withdrawals, balance inquiries, etc.  Outside our normal business hours you can also call the Shared Branching network at 866-692-8669 to get account balances, see what checks have cleared or to transfer money.

Online Services - 24/7 Access

For members that are concerned about being in public and wants to limit potential exposure, our online banking services and our call center are great options.  If you need any assistance with our online or remote services, please call us at 503.232.8070 or 800.444.8115.

Future Communications
