COVID-19 Updates: Branch Closures and Important Information.
We realize this is a very difficult time and that we are in uncharted waters in many respects, but we want to make sure our members know we are taking every precaution to keep our members and staff safe during this time.
The credit union has implemented our Pandemic plan to ensure our members will have access to their accounts and that you will be able to conduct business as normal, in a not-so-normal time. Due to local government shelter-in-place orders and other restrictions, and for the safety of our members and employees, we are making temporary adjustments:
In addition to our suite of electronic services (online banking, mobile banking, and mobile deposit), our call center is a great option to get information without leaving your home, please give us a call; we are eager to answer your questions. Our members can also use our surcharge-free ATMs at each location to make deposits and withdrawals, balance inquiries, etc. Outside our normal business hours, you can also call the Shared Branching network at 866.692.8669 to get account balances, see what checks have cleared or to transfer money.
Your credit union accounts are insured by the NCUA up to $250,000. Please rest assured that none of your accounts or any of the credit union's reserves are invested in the stock market. Over the past several weeks, as the COVID-19 global pandemic has spread, so has the need for resources and emergency aid. Each hour brings with it new developments, announcements, and changes, making it hard to keep up or know exactly where to reach out in the event you need assistance. For members financially impacted by COVID-19, CCCU is offering a COVID-19 Relief Loan program that includes no payments for 90 days.
We are doing everything we can to provide our members with some financial relief during this difficult time.
