COVID-19 Updates: Branch Closures and Important Information.

Covid 19 Branch Information

The credit union has implemented our Pandemic plan to ensure our members will have access to their accounts and that you will be able to conduct business as normal, in a not-so-normal time. Due to local government shelter-in-place orders and other restrictions, and for the safety of our members and employees, we are making temporary adjustments:

  • The lobby of our 2021 NE Sandy branch is open to walk-in-traffic. Due to social distancing, we will be limiting the branch to 8 members at one time.

  • Masks are required while conducting business inside the lobby at the credit union. If a member does not want to wear a mask, that is okay, they can still conduct business through the drive-up.

  • The NE 6th branch (1033 NE 6th Ave.) and the NW 21st branch (1535 NW 21st) are temporarily closed until the current situation improves.

In addition to our suite of electronic services (online banking, mobile banking, and mobile deposit), our call center is a great option to get information without leaving your home, please give us a call; we are eager to answer your questions. Our members can also use our surcharge-free ATMs at each location to make deposits and withdrawals, balance inquiries, etc. Outside our normal business hours, you can also call the Shared Branching network at 866.692.8669 to get account balances, see what checks have cleared or to transfer money.

Your credit union accounts are insured by the NCUA up to $250,000. Please rest assured that none of your accounts or any of the credit union's reserves are invested in the stock market. CCCU is a very well-capitalized credit union with nearly 15% capital, more than twice the amount of reserves required to be considered a "well-capitalized" credit union as defined by the NCUA. also ranked Consolidated Community Credit Union as the #4 ranked credit union nationally for safety and soundness.

Over the past several weeks, as the COVID-19 global pandemic has spread, so has the need for resources and emergency aid. Each hour brings with it new developments, announcements, and changes, making it hard to keep up or know exactly where to reach out in the event you need assistance. For members financially impacted by COVID-19, CCCU is offering a COVID-19 Relief Loan program that includes no payments for 90 days.
We are doing everything we can to provide our members with some financial relief during this difficult time. If you have any questions regarding the COVID-19 Relief Loan program or any other loan you have with the credit union, please don't hesitate to contact a Consumer Loan Officer at 503-232-8070 ext 2012. We greatly appreciate your membership at the credit union and will continue to serve your financial needs through these trying times.
