How can I rename my accounts in Online and Mobile Banking?

Renaming your accounts in Online Banking and the Mobile App is a simple way to stay organized and make your accounts easier to identify at a glance.

CCCU Online and Mobile Banking offers several customization options to help you manage your accounts in a way that works best for you.

Manage Accounts: Rename your accounts, choose colors, and hide or show accounts to keep your workspace clear and focused.

Organize Accounts: Create and organize custom account groups, reorder them, and add or remove accounts for a more streamlined financial overview.

My Tags: Manage all tags you’ve created. Rename tags for clarity, delete tags you no longer use, and see where each tag is currently applied.

Follow the paths below in Online Banking or the Mobile App to customize your accounts.

Tools > Settings > Accounts > Manage Accounts
