How do I set up a travel notices to help keep my account secure before a trip?

It's best to let us know about any upcoming travel plans, to help us properly monitor your account and keep your debit card and credit card active while on vacation. 

To set up travel notices send us a secure message in online banking. When logged into Online Banking, hover over the Tools tab, then click Message Center. Then click Compose to begin drafting a message with your travel details (in the Mobile App, go to More, then Tools and then Message Center). Let us know the dates you’ll be traveling and where you’re going, if possible. Be sure to hit send when finished.

You can set up travel notices yourself for your debit card by going to Debit Card Management within Online Banking, or for your credit card you can use the CCCU Credit Card Management mobile app.
