Why was my mobile deposit rejected?

Don't worry! If your deposit was rejected by the CCCU Mobile Banking App, you will see an explanation of why and how to correct the error on your screen.

One common reason for a check being rejected is a missing endorsement on the back of your check. In addition to your signature, please always write the words “CCCU mobile deposit”.
