Compensation & Benefits Guide

1. About Your Pay & Benefits

At Consolidated Community Credit Union (CCCU), we believe employees should have clear information about how they are paid, the deductions and contributions that may appear on their pay statement, and the benefits available to them.

Compensation and benefits vary based on position, work location, employment status, eligibility, and individual benefit elections. Not every pay type, deduction, contribution, or benefit described below applies to every employee.

2. Pay Schedule

CCCU employees are paid biweekly (every two weeks).

Employees receive an itemized pay statement with each payment of wages. Your pay statement provides information about your earnings, applicable pay rates, taxes, deductions, contributions, and net pay.
