Report your card lost or stolen.

If you suspect your CCCU Debit Card or Credit Card has been misplaced or stolen, report it immediately to prevent fraud.

Debit Card

If your CCCU ATM or Visa® Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.

  1. Call us immediately at 800.444.8115 (Option 2)
  2. Use CCCU's Online or Mobile Banking to lock your card.
  3. You can also use Online or Mobile Banking to send us a secure message. 

If you know your debit or ATM number, please have it ready when you call. Otherwise, we can verify your identity.

Credit Card

If your CCCU Visa® Credit Card has been lost or stolen, please report it immediately.

  1. Call us immediately at 855.584.2957.
  2. Use CCCU's Credit Cards App to lock your card.
  3. You can also use Online or Mobile Banking to send us a secure message. 

If you know your credit card number, please have it ready when you call. Otherwise, we can verify your identity.

When your CCCU debit or credit card is lost or stolen, you can instantly lock it and prevent further risk of fraud.

Lock your debit card by going to Debit Card Management in the Cards tab of Online and Mobile Banking.
