100% home loan financing, get your dream home - with no money down - CCCU

100% home loan financing

Get your dream home – with no money down

We’ve made it easier for you! Our Community Home Loan lets you finance 100% of the purchase price of your home, plus a majority of the closing costs.

We are here to help

Our Community Home Loan doesn’t require Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). This is a huge benefit to our members because conventional lenders will require PMI when your down payment is less than 20% of the home purchase. Now you can put your hard-earned cash toward items that will turn your house into a home, rather than forfeit your life’s savings for a down payment.

We make financing a home simple

Rest easy -- there’s no pre-payment penalty or equity sharing. We offer same-day loan pre-approvals, 30-day close, and all loans are locally underwritten by us.

What you need to know about this loan option

Buyers who have not owned a home in the last three years and plan to occupy the property as a primary residence may qualify for loans up to $484,350.
If you have an income less than $65,100 and you buy a home in Multnomah, Clackamas, or Washington County, then you qualify for the program. If you make more than $65,100, you can still qualify for this program, but you must purchase a home in the reinvestment area. The reinvestment areas are located in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Clark, and Columbia counties.
