COVID-19 Update - Branch Closures

Dear Members,

After much careful deliberation, effective tomorrow, Tuesday March 17, we are temporarily closing our Slabtown NW branch located at 1535 NW 21st Ave, as well as our Lloyd District NE branch located in our administration office at 1033 NE 6th Ave due to health concerns surrounding the Coronavirus  (COVID-19).  We will be serving members at our office located at 2021 NE Sandy Blvd within the normal hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Fridays.  We are diligently cleaning and wiping down the member touchpoint areas (counters, desks, ATMs, door handles) multiple times an hour.  We strongly encourage members to use the drive through-window at the Sandy location to prevent the potential spread of the Coronavirus.

How to Access Your Account

Even though these two locations will be temporarily closed, you will still have access to your accounts. In addition to the Sandy office and the drive-through window at the Sandy office, you also have access to our suite of electronic services (online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit) that enables you to access your account 24/7 - 365 days a year.  Our call center is a great option to get information without leaving your home; please give us a call, we are eager to answer your questions.  Our members can also use our surcharge free ATMS at each branch location to make deposits and withdrawals, balance inquiries, etc.  Outside our normal business hours you can also call the Shared Branching network at 866-692-8669 to get account balances, see what checks have cleared or to transfer money. 

Prevention and Planning

The CCCU management team is taking a proactive approach to this situation by having some  of our staff members work from home and disbursing essential employees to alternative locations to mitigate the potential impact and spread of the virus.  Our main focus is the health and well-being of our employees and members, while still providing all of the essential banking services.

Best Practices

In addition to diligently cleaning our branches, we have conducted training sessions with our staff on safe and healthy conduct.  We have also removed all magazines, newspapers, lollipops and coffee from our branches to reduce the potential spread of the virus.  If we greet you with a smile and an "air high 5" please don't be offended, we are just trying to be safe.  Our ATMs will continue to be stocked, but using your debit card is the still the best practice for reducing your exposure to microorganisms.
