Frequently Asked Questions About ITIN Loans

What is an ITIN?

An ITIN, or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, is a tax processing number, issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), for certain residents and non-residents, their spouses, and their dependents.

ITINs are used for tax purposes only, and are not intended to serve any other purpose. IRS issues ITINs to help individuals comply with the U.S. tax laws, and to provide a means to efficiently process and account for tax returns and payments for those not eligible for Social Security Numbers.

Need an ITIN?
We can provide you with the forms needed to complete an ITIN application, including a W7, Certificate of Accuracy, and an official letter stating the applicant is opening an interest-bearing account.
