CCCU uses an array of risk management services, tools, and resources to help ensure the safety of your card accounts. Specifically, we monitor account activity, identify trends, work to reduce or restrict activity, and reissue cards, when needed.

Debit Card Fraud and Billing Disputes

If your CCCU Visa® Debit Card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect you’re a victim of card fraud:

  1. Call us immediately at 800.444.8115 (Option 2)
  2. Use CCCU's Debit Card App to lock your card.
  3. You can also use Online or Mobile Banking to send us a secure message. 

Debit Card Dispute:
If you believe there is an error regarding a transaction or calculation, or if you have a concern as to the property or goods purchased with your card, contact us to request a dispute form.
