ONLINE BANKING & BILL PAY INFORMATION
ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED
Legacy members that had Bill Pay have already been added to the CCCU online banking
system, but all other members will need to register for online banking using the
Register for Online Banking link below. Existing Bill Pay members will use the
existing Bill Pay link below; this will take you through the process of setting up
a new password. Upon first login with your new password, you will be prompted to
select a new username. If you received a letter with an account number change, you
will need to use the new account number when registering. If you have any questions,
please call 800.444.8115.
800.444.8115.
You will need to have your account number available
Each member will have their own login, so the primary account holder
and any joint account holders will need to register individually.
Once you have registered for online banking, you can download the mobile banking
app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store by searching for Consolidated
Community Credit Union or using the store links below.
The majority of payees, as well as single and recurring payments will be
transferred over to the new bill pay provider and will not require any
action.
If you had a transfer account set up through bill pay, those did not
transfer to the new system. To set up the transfer account, go into the
transfers widget of online banking to set up an ACH account to transfer
in/out of. You must be a signer on account you are transferring to and from.
You can now pay bills out of any checking account with a single login to
the new online banking.
If you previously added a "pay from" account from another financial institution,
those did not transfer over. You can set this up by using a "Pay from Account"
by clicking on the Transfer widget and selecting "Add an External Account".

FAQs
Q: Why did Legacy FCU merge with Consolidated Community Credit Union?
A: Due to the ever-changing landscape
of the financial services market, the Board of Directors and management of
both credit unions thought this was the best path to continue meeting the
financial needs of Legacy’s members. Consolidated Community Credit Union
(also known as CCCU) has a very similar culture to Legacy and a passion for
serving their members, while offering a large selection of high-quality
products and services. Because Legacy has partnered with CCCU for eight years
assisting employees and members with residential and commercial real estate
loan transactions, we have a strong level of trust and collaboration. This is
a very positive event for both credit unions, and our Board and management
teams are excited to watch the evolution of the new combined organization.
Q: Who is Consolidated Community Credit Union?
A: CCCU is a mid-size, full-service
credit union that was originally chartered in 1954 to serve the employees
of Consolidated Freightways. Today, anyone who lives, works, or attends
school or church in Hood River, Klickitat, Clark, Multnomah, Clackamas,
Washington, Columbia and Yamhill counties is eligible to join. Today, they
serve 22,794 members with over $484 million in assets and approximately 80
employees. The united organization is led by Larry Ellifritz, President &
CEO of CCCU, with 27 years of service to the credit union.
Q: Is Consolidated Community Credit Union financially secure?
A: Yes. In 2021, CCCU reported a
net worth ratio of 13.66%, 24%-member growth, and a total loan delinquency
of just 0.02%. For years CCCU has proven their financial strength and
stability by consistently ranking in the very top of DepositAccount.com’s
Top 200 Healthiest Credit Unions in the nation. Additionally, they were
recently ranked the #5 best credit union in the S&P Market Intelligence
Report annual rankings based on their financial strength, growth, and
efficiency.
Q: Which branches do I have access to?
A: You can visit CCCU’s NW Slabtown
branch located at 1535 NW 21st Avenue, just a 3-minute walk from Legacy. Or,
you can find another CCCU branch here.
Additionally, you now have access to over 5,600 CO-OP Shared Branches and
30,000+ surcharge-free ATMs nationwide! That’s more direct, surcharge-free
access to your money than most traditional bank customers do. You can locate
one near you here.
Q: How does the merger impact the Legacy FCU employees?
A: We are very excited that all Legacy
employees are being welcomed into the CCCU family. You can expect the same
friendly service you have come to know.
* Consolidated Community Credit Union, CCCU and CCCU Cascade are all trade names
of Consolidated Federal Credit Union. Although these branches have different
names, they are all part of the same credit union and shares held at each office
are not separately insured.
